We want you to love your Aurelle Hair brush. If you're not fully satisfied, we're here to make it right — no need to mail anything back.
How it works
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery at aurellehair.support@gmail.com with a photo or short video showing the issue. Once we review it, we'll offer one of the following:
- A free replacement sent to you at no extra cost, or
- A full or partial refund to your original payment method, depending on the situation.
No return shipping required
To keep things simple (and avoid unnecessary shipping costs and delays for you), we do not require you to send the item back. Just share proof of the issue and we'll take care of the rest.
Change of mind
If you simply change your mind and no longer want the item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Since we do not require the item to be returned, a store credit or partial refund may be offered depending on the condition and circumstances — reach out and we'll find a fair solution together.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or the wrong item was sent, contact us immediately at aurellehair.support@gmail.com so we can resolve it quickly.
Refund timing
Once a refund is approved, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to fully process and post the refund.
